VigorCheck Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VigorCheck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

2. Service description

VigorCheck is a nutrition tracking app that helps users track meals, hydration, and nutrition progress using manual entry, barcode lookup, and AI-assisted analysis features.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate enough for the service to personalize your plan.

4. Subscriptions, trial, and billing

VigorCheck currently offers a 7-day app-level free trial that begins when onboarding is completed and your account profile is saved.
After the trial ends, continued use of the full app requires an active subscription.
Subscription purchases are processed through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat.
Subscription pricing, taxes, billing dates, renewal behavior, and cancellation handling are shown through Google Play and may vary by region.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play subscription settings.
Restore purchase functionality is available inside the app when supported by the store and billing provider.

5. AI and nutrition estimates

VigorCheck may use AI-assisted features to estimate foods, portions, and nutrient values. These outputs are intended as informational estimates only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for medical, clinical, or safety-critical use.

6. No medical advice

VigorCheck is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified professionals for medical or dietary decisions that require professional guidance.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes not attempting to:

Access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use.
Interfere with app operations, billing flows, or security protections.
Use the service in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.
Exploit or scrape the service in ways not permitted by VigorCheck LLC.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update pricing, features, and trial/subscription behavior as the product evolves.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VigorCheck LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if the service is misused in a way that creates legal, billing, operational, or security risk.
