What to include in a support request
- The Google account email you used to sign in.
- Your device model and Android version if relevant.
- A short description of the problem and what you expected to happen.
- Screenshots if the issue is visual or billing-related.
- For subscription issues, include your Google Play order reference if you have it.
Common issues
Restore purchases
Use the in-app "Restore purchases" action from the paywall or Profile. Make sure you are signed into the same Google Play account that originally purchased the subscription.
Manage or cancel subscription
Manage or cancel through Google Play subscription settings. The app also provides a "Manage subscription" shortcut where supported.
Google Play subscriptions can also be managed directly at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions .
Privacy or deletion requests
Email loothunt.info@gmail.com and specify that you are making a privacy request. Account deletion requests can also be started from the account deletion request page.
