Welcome to LogMyLog. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LogMyLog mobile application (the "App") operated by LogMyLog ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LogMyLog is a personal health tracking application that allows users to:

• Track and log bathroom habits
• View statistics and analytics about their logs
• Earn achievements and track streaks
• Connect with friends through social features (CrapChat)
• Access premium features through in-app purchases

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Upload, share, or transmit content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or other users' accounts
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users through CrapChat or other social features

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App, including logs, photos, and messages. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

5.2 Our Content

The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by LogMyLog and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Premium Features and In-App Purchases

6.1 Premium Subscription

The App offers premium features available through a one-time in-app purchase. Premium features include ad-free experience and additional app functionality.

6.2 Payment and Billing

All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the respective app store. All sales are final, and refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play or Apple.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the pricing of premium features at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Social Features (CrapChat)

7.1 Friend Connections

CrapChat allows you to connect with friends and share certain information. You are responsible for managing your friend connections and the content you share with them.

7.2 Messaging

Messages sent through CrapChat are stored on our servers. We reserve the right to moderate content and remove messages that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

7.3 Blocking and Reporting

You may block other users or report inappropriate behavior. We will investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or termination.

8. Health Disclaimer

The App is intended for personal tracking and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGMYLOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogMyLog and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LogMyLog operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
