By downloading, installing, or using the Loot Hunt mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Loot Hunt is a location-based treasure hunting game that allows users to explore real-world locations, discover dig sites at points of interest, and collect virtual loot items. The App uses GPS technology to provide location-based gameplay experiences.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You may create an anonymous account to save your progress
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• You may not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use location spoofing or GPS manipulation software
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
• Use automated tools or bots to play the game

• All loot items, coins, gems, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value
